Music has a powerful effect on human experience. Students of religious phenomena have long recognized that music transcends our understanding and appeals to our intuitive nature. It is not surprising, then, that music played an important part in the worship of biblical communities, as a way of approaching the mystery of God and of expressing the joy of his presence.

In the modern church worship has become synonymous with music and song. This is also true of the term praise. As a result, music and singing have been elevated to a place of prominence in church meetings and services. In fact, the term “worship service” is used to describe a congregational gathering comprised largely of music and song.

Here at My Father’s House we are greatly blessed to have musicians and praise teams dedicated in giving their very best every time they are leading the worship. Having the experienced leaders training the new young talent who are eager to learn, we are sure to always be reaching for the next level. With great support from our Senior Pastor Philimon Anaya and Assist. Pastor Omar Cortez, the musicians are always committed in giving their utmost for His highest every service.
